Monday: chicken schnitzel with either rice or wedges and veg
Tuesday: beef casserole and mash
Wednesday: beef chilli and garlic stir fry & noodles
Thursday: lamb tagine and cous cous
Friday: only me in so probably toast!

Queenfreak Tue 26-Nov-19 12:01:36

Its chorizo sliced and then the slices halved, spring onions chopped. These are fried (I use the chorizo oil, nothing else). Then I make a roux in the same pan (usually have to add some butter), and turn that into a cheese sauce. Cook macaroni as you usually would. I sometimes add petite pois.
Usually serve with oven baked cherry plum tomatoes (baked in a foil 'bag' sprinkled with olive oil, a little salt and pepper and some sliced garlic), and a green veg (usually green beans or the long stemmed broccoli)

Queenfreak Tue 26-Nov-19 12:04:14

I've had a poorly small so haven't planned this week yet.
Today we've got left over roast ham with bubble & squeak and baked beans.
Wednesday:- home made lasagne
Thursday etc - no clue! Probably trying to clear the freezer still. Haven't had any success so far
