Stuck in a meal rut

Just as the title says really, I seem to have a rather limited repertoire of meals and I want to expand. I am also keen to have one or two veggie meals a week but have very little imagination in that department. I regularly cook;

Onion/chickpea/chicken soup and rice
Dolma (sometimes lamb, sometimes veggie)
Cottage/Shepard’s pie
Lasagne
Fajitas
Tacos (beef or spicy bean)
Stir fry (chicken or beef) and noodles
Chicken tikka/korma
Pesto pasta with mozzarella and peas (sometimes with chicken)
Lamb and okra or courgette stew with rice
Fish pie
Chilli
Toad in the hole

As you can tell there is not a large amount of skill involved in my cooking but I wouldn’t mind testing out new methods
Thanks

Watching with interest as I feel much the same really.

Sausage and butter bean casserole is a firm fave here (Hairy Bikers recipe)
Jamie’s sausage and bacon carbonara (fattening but nice as a treat)
Ndjua sausage pasta
Beef ragu
Bolognese
Beef and sausage meatballs
Lamb tagine
Quesadillas (cheese or chicken packed with veg)
Pierogi’s

We have a bit of a love of sausages in our household...
