Batch cooking soup

I want to make a few large healthy soups to freeze. Where can I find soup recipes for 6-8 people? Most recipes I've seen are for 4. Do I just double all ingredients to make for 8? I'm a bit clueless.

Yep just double them for 8, don't worry it's pretty hard to mess up soups.

If you're making them for freezing you can reduce the water
content so they take up less space in the freezer - you can then add the water when reheating the soup. If it's the sort of soup where you add milk or cream towards the end then again leave that out as it doesn't reheat well.
