Def falafel - smear hummus on wrap, add pickled red cabbage, chopped tomatoes, olives, cucumber, radish. Falafel, and then a minty yogurt dressing. YUM.

I’ve done a wrap like that and everything tends to fall out. Perfect for home, not so great for work!

Fish fingers! I’m not kidding! They work really well in a wrap and I’m obviously not the only person who thinks so because there are loads of recipes on the internet.

Precooked chicken, salad leaves, roasted peppers and sweet chilli sauce.

I also love shredded carrot, hummus and salad leaves (simple but effective)

Spread some onion marmalade on the centre of the wrap.
Add a slice of ham and lots of grated cheese.
Roll up tucking the ends in
Heat a frying pan and add the wraps. No oil needed
Turn them over a couple of times
Result gooey cheesy wraps

Pesto spread on the wrap, mozzarella, spinach leaves and baby plum tomatoes. Also good in toasted panini!

Mine is one I get from a takeaway near me. It's grilled chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce, avocado and mayo, served warm. I absolutely love it.

Spread wrap with a mix of Greek yoghurt and tahini (approx 15g yog to 5g tahini works - mix together before spreading on wrap). A bit of salad, some roasted veg (courgettes, peppers, onion) and some cooked chicken. My current fave lunch. I make the roast veg in batches, so it's v quick to put together on the day.

Spread plain yogurt on the wrap, add a little mint sauce and swirl together, salad leaves and pre-cooked chicken tikka pieces.

DD1 loves a wrap. Her favourite fillings are hummus, chicken and cucumber; peanut butter and banana and peanut butter, grated carrot and cucumber (need to squeeze the water out of the grated cucumber though otherwise it goes really soggy).

DD2 has just butter 🙄

Chicken, lettuce, red onion, avocado and a smear of hummus or peri-naise. Yum

Chicken strippers, grated cheese and ketchup is pretty great too, but hot!

Aliens Try wrapping your wraps tightly in foil and/or greaseproof paper. It helps them stay together.
