I've started food prepping in order to eat healthier and lose a bit of weight. I made some lean in 15 lasagne last night and had some for dinner (left the leftovers in the pyrex dish for about 4 hours) and then portioned this out into plastic tubs and put in the fridge. I want to have this for dinner again tonight, did I store it correctly or allow it too cool long enough (or perhaps not long enough)? I'm a little paranoid when it comes to food safety .
Also I'd like to make chicken, broccoli and rice but not sure the best way to store and reheat the rice? Help please!!
