Icing recipe if you can rotate it!

50g unsalted butter, 25g cocoa, 2tbsp milk, 225g icing sugar.

Melt butter in pan over low heat then stir in cocoa and cook for one minute more.

Remove pan from heat and stir in milk and icing sugar. Beat well and allow to cool a little before icing the cake,
