It's a cake in the shape of the number 2. I have a very runny ganache icing to pour over it so I can't do it in situ without it looking a mess but every time I try to move it I break the bloody thing. Please don't let my third attempt be a disaster too!!! Is the answer to do different icing? Help! And thanks :-)
