Recipe for pork tenderloin please!

Er that's it- ovens on already- help.

Cut it into medallions
dip in egg then breadcrumbs
brown it in pan
pour over apple juice
leave to simmer till tender

Cut up, pour on tin of stoned prunes, cook, add cream, eh voila!

Cut into medallians, bash them thin with rolling pin
flash fry to brown meat
take out frying pan including juices. keep to one side
Fry Mushrooms and onion, mix a little flour to thicken, add some meat stock, then add the meat and juices, cook for few mins
Add cream, salt and pepper
Serve with rice, pasta or veg

As per lilymolly but I add a dash of wine or brandy and a big teaspoon of wholegrain mustard.

All sound lovely- any oven ones? I don't feel like hovering over a hot stove.

Marinade fo a few minutes in galric, chilli flakes and olive oil and then bung in oven until cooked

Thank you all of you. I did Doodledoo's timimgs with oil, wine and mustard- no apricots or prunes in. Very nice it was too-dog is now licking out the pan!
