What to do with 4 pork loin chops?

Grill'em is what's coming to mind, but I was thinking of roasting them? Except I'm shit at roasting, so I'd need details like temp, oil/butter, where in oven, duration (and could I chop up an onion or two to get the flavour?).

Preheat an oven to 200 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder. Season all sides of the chops with this mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature 65 degrees C (which will depend on how thick the pork chops are).

I pan fry pork chops and have them with either mash or boiled potatoes and veg.

We had pork chops for lunch.
I did them on the griddle pan, 12 minutes turning once to have the chargrill effect. I didn’t use any oil as the chops had a small amount of fat on them. Watch out if they have a bone to keep that part in the hottest zone of the pan, as the meat cooks more slowly.

Served with savoury lentils made in 20 mins from dry in the pressure cooker with leftover onion gravy and a stock cube.
Cucumber and carrot sticks.
Tasty and easy.

I have this in the oven right now! I used 2 packs of loin chops cut into thick strips. Scaled the recipe down slightly. Smells delicious!

Pop them in a casserole dish in the oven with a Colmans Chicken Casserole sachet - all the instructions are on the pack. Dead simple and very tasty!

Fry in a pan with mushrooms, when the chops are done, take them but not the mushrooms out, pan off the heat, bit of Dijon mustard, couple of dollops of creme fraiche, pour sauce over shops and serve with a jacket potato and veg.

Marmalade and some soy sauce and you have a cheaty terriyaki. Needs lots of mash.

Put in a casserole dish with mushrooms, leaks and a bottle of cider (and potatoes if you want). In the oven for a couple of hours and then add creme fraiche.

Pork parcels - put the chops on a square of tin foil. Add mushrooms, onions, peppers, salt & pepper, splash of white wine and some sour cream.

Fold up the parcel & cook in the oven at gas 6/200ish for about 20 mins.

Serve with jacket potato with rest of the sour cream & chives.

I’m not going to lie... my initial thought as I read the title of your post was “eat them” Grin while I grinned away at myself. I have a terrible affliction of “the dad joke”.
