I'd like to make a jelly that's fizzy when it's eaten. If I made a normal jelly, but melted the cubes with half the boiling water, then left to cool, then mixed with half the lemonade (maybe add some fresh fruit) - would this be fizzy when eaten?
I don't think it'll work, which is why I'm asking the experts here. If it did work, I'd like to try it with Prosecco rather than lemonade. Anybody tried something like this?
