Nutribullet? Or something else?

Hi all. So I think i want a nutribullet. But do I? My birthday is coming up, and i was looking at the reviews and they don’t seem THAT great. I quite fancy the one with the app that tells you what you’ve put in (i’ve been losing weight and want it partly to help with that) but the reviews say the app is really unreliable, and connectivity is patchy, making it just a pretty expensive blender.

What I’m looking for is something that will blend ANYTHING into juice, and above all is easy to clean- I’d never use it if I couldn’t face washing it up. I’d also like recipes and health guidance, I think. Does anyone recommend/not recommend the nutribullet? Which one? Or do you have a different blender/juicer that you think is better? I’m new to all this.

TIA!

We've had ours for years and it still works. Don't know about the ones with an app -

Thank you @ThomasFurious. Is it easy to clean? I was thinking the bog standard one might be perfectly fine, if the fancier ones are a bit gimmicky.

I have the standard nutribullet. It's great for smoothies, juices etc and I have also had it for years. Easy to clean but the only annoying thing is that you can't use it for blending soups unless the ingredients have cooled.

Standard it is, thank you! I have other ways of blending soup!

I would definitely recommend the standard Nutribullet too.
It's very sturdy and a doddle to clean.
