Everyone please can you give me your pasta bake recipes. I have 2 young girls & they love pasta!

Tuna pasta bake is my go to get it on the table quick dish. I make a basic tomato sauce as don’t like the traditional white/cheese cause. Add finely chopping red onion, sweetcorn and red peppers. V generous glug of balsamic, what ever herbs I have in and plenty of black pepper.
Add sauce to cooked pasta and tuna. Put in oven proof dish and top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
I do a similar veggie bake start with browning onion and garlic, add chopped mushrooms and peppers. Add a tin of kidney beans and 2 tins of chopped tomatoes. Chop basil and oregano and add to the pan with black pepper and Worcester sauce. Allow to simmer for 10 mins, mix with cooked pasta, pour in oven dish and top with breadcrumbs and mozzarella and bake for 20mins.

We have 2 go to pasta bakes in our house, Philadelphia tuna pasta bake and epic mac and cheese

Epic mac and cheese:
Poach chicken breasts and shred
Pan fry pancetta (or chopped up bacon) and leeks (or spring onions)
Heat sweetcorn
Make cheese sauce
Cook pasta
Add everything to the pan with the pasta once cooked, leaving the sauce until last
Transfer to oven proof dish
Add sliced tomatoes to the top
Sprinkle (generously) with cheese
Grill until crispy
Serve with garlic bread

Asdo do bacon and cheese sausage I put them in a pasta bake. Boil pasta, make a basic red sauce using fried off onion and garlic, herbs that you like, add passata and lee and perins, let simmer for a while till it's thick and taste how u like it also can add some tomato purée and sugar. Add the cooked sausages and pasta to the sauce and sprinkle with cheese and Mozzarella cook till bubbling. I sprinkle chilli on top when it's done.

Also using minced beef and white sauce u can do a lasagne pasta bake. Just layer the sauce mixtures evenly

I do Mac and cheese, but add lardons, red onion, peppers and mushrooms.

Also tomato sauce, sweet corn and tuna topped with lots of cheese.

Fave in our house is bolognese type sauce with mushrooms, peppers and whatever topped with cheese.
