Hi all. Random question.. Hope someone can help.
I'm trying to be all, healthy and that, and I found some info online saying that mushrooms are super good for you, especially as they're rich in nutrients. Is that true?
I checked out a couple of websites and I found this one, UK based, called Fungifungi.

Blog if anyone is interested.
So, what I'm asking is, who uses these kind of mushrooms? Are they good for kids? I love Asian food but can they go in other dishes? My littleun LOVES chicken and mushroom pie. Would it work in that?
Thanks in advance 😊😊
