Just completing my online shopping - which of the following beef joints would be most tender?

with least chewy bits (which puts off the lo's)

'Hereford beef top rump roasting joint'
'Hereford beef topside roasting joint'
'British beef topside roasting joint'
or
'British beef boneless prime rib joint'

?

IMHO rib is more tender than topside - topside is very close grain and firm and can be chewy. Rib is fattier and looser grain

rib - has more fat so will be more tender and not a big old cow rump which = lean but tough.

I could go to the farm shop (which does fresh meat) I guess and ask them....

was just being idle and trying to include it in my online supermarket shopping

DP (chef) says topside is supposed to be 'the best'. But the rib joint would prob be most tender
