Made a rice and chicken thigh ‘one pot’ thing, made far too much and don’t really fancy eating it all week.
The other ingredients are just onion, garlic, various seasoning and a pepper relish thing. Will it be ok in the freezer (and for how long)? Will I need to add water or anything else when reheating?
