I'm a bit stuck for ideas for tonight's tea and can't get out the house to the shops, but I do have a tub of mascarpone, a tin of ratatouille and some pasta in the cupboard. Do you reckon mixing some mascarpone to the tin of ratatouille as it's heated, to make a sort of pasta sauce, would work? I've seen mascarpone used in pasta bakes...
