How long will cauliflower cheese keep?...

Help! Made a cauliflower cheese yesterday.
Well, I mean I prepared it all but haven’t put it in the oven yet. Been in the fridge since.

No one wants to eat it tonight... how long will it keep?

It'll be fine tomorrow. Food hygiene recommendations say 48 hours I think but another day is fine. If you're worried cook it today and use it tomorrow.

Thanks @TinselAngel
So if I were to cook it tonight, I could reheat it tomorrow?

I wonder if I could chuck it in the freezer?..

I would. You could also freeze it now or after you cooked it.

Freeze it after you’ve cooked it and then just warm through.

"Warm through" makes me shudder!

Heat until piping hot throughout.

Thanks everyone, it’s in the oven now... I shall decide what to do with it once it’s done Grin

I’d eat it all myself but that may be abit greedy! (It’s a whole cauliflower!)

Sorry by warm through I meant you don’t need to do anything other than heat. Yes, piping hot not lukewarm.

@MissGruffalo I made it last week, stored it in the fridge and had it four days later! Was fine
