What would you serve with baked mushrooms?

Veggie newbie here, I have a nice baked garlic mushroom recipe to try but no idea what to serve with it! Any idea? (Ps I don’t have any salad)

Salad is essential (sorry!) and crusty bread for mopping up loveliness.

Something green. Salad preferably, bit anything green and leafy. Kale and shredded sprouts with chopped walnuts? TBH, if you haven't got salad, you've prob not got those lying around either so maybe crusty bread?

I did have salad but it had gone leaky
I’ll rustle up some green stuff (might have to be broccoli) and maybe a little bit of rice. Being veggie is a) expensive b) involves planning. Tsk. Bloomin’ environment.
