BBQ recipes/recipe book

I need some new inspiration for our bbq cooking this year.

We usually stick to sausages/homemade burgers/chicken and veg kebabs/halloumi, with lamb kofta kebabs sometimes.

Does anyone have any recipes they love on the bbq, or a recipe book for bbq which they turn to in summer? (Two adults, two dc, 12 and 9 who are reasonably good at trying new things.)

Not a big fan but I'm going to try this summer. Absolutely no clue how though- in foil parcels? Could you tell me a super simple tasty recipe to start with? My children like salmon fillets....
