Freezing home made lasagne

making a big batch of spag bol blah, want to turn one into a lasagne... so do I cook the lasagne in the oven and then freeze it or do i just put it together and freeze and then do a total oven cook at the end?

we assemble then freeze - oven cook when defrosted

KtMoomoo - Even thought the sheets of lasagne themselves won't be cooked?

Depends on how much room you have in your freezer. I've done both. Just froze the bolognaise sauce when the freezer was a bit full.

but frozen uncooked pasta is v common (I have loads! )

Thank you all. Think I'll give not cooking it a bash and if I'm not keen on the results try the other way round. Less work more play etc. Thanks to all.

I froze cooked homemade lasagne, not to keen on taste, tbh. But then I used fresh lasagne sheets....not sure if that's why.
