Skins on or off?

Your potatoes in Mash? Or does it depend what you're making?

I used to always peel mine, but switched about a year or so ago to always keeping them on because the skin makes it taste better, is healthier and more filling. But I wonder if people just think I'm lazy?

I always make mash with peeled potatoes. I'd have thought leaving the skins on would make the texture really weird.

If I'm doing mash then it's skin off but I sometimes make crushed potatoes and with them I leave the skin on

Sometimes on sometimes off. Depends how lazy I'm feeling.grin
