Egg replacement disaster

Hi, I've tried to use egg replacer today (organ) in a lemon cake. Basic 6/6/6/3 recipe. It's been in for 50 mins but is wet inside and has flattened. What did I do wrong?

Have put it out for the birds. It was a sodden mess blush I wouldn't mind but I'm a good baker and have never had a cake disaster before. Well apart from the time I forgot to put the sugar in because I was so excited about my then boyfriend visiting grin
