Healthy smoothie recipes!!

I keep hearing how good black/blue berry’s are for the immune system, does anybody know of any good recipes that I could make a high energy smoothie out of?? Maybe something for breakfast that would also be good for the kids.

I use whatever is in the fruitbowl, usually oranges with berries etc, then add some oatmeal for slow release energy and a banana.

The frozen summer fruits bag has blueberries in it.

I've also made a soya milk version of a smoothie.

Soaking oatmeal in milk overnight and then blending it with orange juice, yoghurt and any fruit you care to mention is great.
Frozen fruit work really well, especially frozen bananas because they make the smoothy really thick and creamy.
You don't need to add sugar or honey because the fruit sweeten it naturally.
