Chicken Pasta Alfredo. It’s very easy. I used a recipe by Tasty although there are lots of other versions. My children loved it.

I like Thai red.curry as it is so quick. Red curry paste from Tesco in pan, add chopped chicken, add tin coconut milk, cook 15 minutes, add any vegetable, cook 5 minutes. Eat with rice.

Sometimes I start with a fried onion and garlic but not always.

Look at the Hello Fresh (and Gousto) sites they have recipe archives, very quick , easy meals. I often add extra veg in. Good Orzo dishes, easy peasy chinese meals, wraps and curries/tagines. Really helped simplify my cooking

Chicken/steak/veggie fajitas (I take the kids out of the pan to cool and then add more spice for us).

Eatwell for less one pot chorizo spaghetti is fab if you’re short on time.

Pulled pork, brioche buns, salad leaves and coleslaw
