Hi
I’m not much of a baker so would appreciate the answer to this please. I’m making cakes with buttercream icing tonight, to take to work tomorrow. Do I have to keep them in the fridge because of the icing? Or will they be ok in a cake tin? I don’t want the cake itself to be made hard or dry in the fridge. Thanks!
