Frozen leeks delivered Sunday, no room at the inn for them to go in freezer so in fridge since. Usually buy fresh but these were cheaper.
Am I OK to use them today to make soup? I would risk it for me but there is DH and DS aged 9 to think of here too.
Am I being too cautious? Considering pea soup instead!
