I want to lose weight, I have a holiday in 3 months.
I wanted to meal prep for the week or at least 4 days at a time so it will stop me from snacking on unhealthy stuff, unfortunatley I have low willpower so I thought having my 3 meals and snacks for the day all set out and ready to go will help to stop this unhealthy habit.
Do any of you have any links for good weight loss meal plans that worked? Nothing fancy, just simple foods that are quick and easy to make and will keep in the fridge. I'm a single mum to a 9 month old so the quicker and easier the better.
