In a lasagne - with roasted butternut squash

Haggis is a superb filling for a baked potato.

We had a meal in a Scottish/Japanese restaurant last week and tried a starter of haggis balls in tempura batter with katsu curry sauce. I expect you could use breadcrumbs and bake them if you don't fancy deep frying (I'd do it that way as I'm a complete wimp around hot oil).

Haggis cakes - cold mashed potato with a little egg and flour to bind, formed into a cake, with a big dod of haggis buried in the middle. Bake in the oven. Yum. I have done this one many a time and it's gorgeous.

(And obviously put them back into the oven until breadcrumbs were browned!)

I had some last week. Cooked it, then stuffed into portobello mushrooms, topped with Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs grin

Ooh I have one in my freezer. Not veggie, just a last minute extra for Burns Night!

Ooh you've got me thinking now... Baked potato topper, toastie filler

Or in pastry parcels

Use a little mixed through tagliatelle with mushrooms and leeks

I've bought myself a veggie haggis, I've had it before, but always in place of meat in a roast dinner.

Any other ways that would be good? I don't eat meat/fish or nuts
