Need a vegetable terrine recipe

I've taken on a temporary job in the wilds and will have to bring my own food. Always liked vegetable terrines (main course), do you have any suggestions for some interesting and tasty combinations?

Broccoli and chestnut terrine. I haven't made this in years, but I used to love it.

Stream 450g broccoli in small florets
Mix 225g cooked, copied chestnuts, 60ml yoghurt, 50g wholemeal breadcrumbs, 30g veggie parmesan.
Season and add some fresh nutmeg.
Fold in broccoli and 2 beaten eggs.

Annoyingly, my recipe just says to cook in a Bain Marie for 20-25 mins, no temperature.

I may have to cook this again now...
