Chicken recipe suggestions please that can be frozen

I have 4 chicken breasts that I need to cook today. Only dh & ds eat chicken so I would like to freeze half.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a well stocked store cupboard and can stop for fresh ingredients on my way home.

Ideally not curry or rice based as had that yesterday.

Just need some inspiration as I don’t eat chicken and am in a bit of a rut.

Dh & ds will eat anything!

Chicken chow mein- veg and noodles.
Stuffed with soft cheese, wrapped in bacon.
With veg and pots and gravy as mini roast.

You could make chicken cacciatore- you can serve it with potatoes, rice or pasta

Flatten them out, cover in breadcrumbs and fry them

Pasta bake with chicken,
Broccoli and mushrooms - I use crepe fraiche as sauce and top with grated cheese and / or blue cheese (not diet food haha!)

Thanks for the ideas - I have already roasted the chicks with Moroccan spices and plan to put in wraps with black beans, sweet corn and cheese. Served with sweet potato fries and sour cream.

Good to have some new ideas though for future reference.
