I’ve bought these ingredients but now cannot remember the recipe!I’ve got carrots, leaks, sweet potatoes and Swede. Although I actually think that instead of swede, I should’ve bought celeriac. And in my mind I seem to remember that ground almonds were called for too. But I cannot find the recipe. I’m sure it was a vegetable stew of some sort. Any ideas?

Did you need the ground almonds for some sort of vegetable curry, Kashmir or Korma perhaps?

I remember now that it had flaked almonds too but I already had those in the cupboard.

Curry or tagine use flaked almonds. Or maybe a soup with almonds on top?
