Traditional weaning meals for freezer

Am after some inspiration... I need to stock up on some batch cooking meals for DS for the freezer for when he can't have what we're having.
We're doing traditional weaning rather than BLW so he is spoon fed and eats lumpy mash type food. I'm out of ideas though, usual culprits are: lentil/veg bake, lentil Ragu, bean chilli, veggie Bolognese, a sweet potato/carrot/broccoli combo, cauliflower cheese.
Any thoughts please? Only caveat is no meat :)

White fish pie with a sweet potato mash topping?

I made (veggie) haggis neep & tattie into little balls they could pick up, that would freeze well and is already about the right consistency and you can also spoon feed it.

Or Glamorgan sausages? With mash & smushed peas.

Shepherdess pie? Cheese and potato pie? Veggie korma with rice?
