roast beef left over ideas please

Usually DH and I eat far too much meat when we have a joint so I'm wondering if anybody has any really simple ideas I could use left over beef for?
I literally cannot cook - (I somehow manage to grill everything rather than turn on the oven properly)
would love something for the slow cooker if there is anything?

Ooohhh beef rendang curry is awesome made with leftovers.
Stovies is a really easy one too. Cube your leftover beef and some potatoes. Stick in a pan with your leftover gravy. Bring to the boil and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. Serve

It’s delicious with some veg and Yorkshire puddings, I use the bbc good food recipe and cook it in one tin. Just add gravy.

Cold roast beef, bubble & squeak and baked beans - heaven on a plate

Stovies - fry an onion then add leftover beef and any leftover veg or a chopped up potato or some other root veg add some water and boil. Once it’s cooked tip off any excess water and mash up with butter. Serve with beetroot and oatcakes
