Indian cooking "party"

I have a few friends coming over tomorrow and I have the majority of spices (slight addiction) and would like to make some Indian food.

Can anyone give me ideas of what I could make? Nothing too hard!

Any allergies or intolerances?
I'd do a dal, meat and/or veg curry, raita, rice and bread.

Also consider a paneer curry, really really easy!

No allergies or intolerances.

So I will do a Tarka Dhal that looks fairly easy.

I have some paneer actually, quite fancy a lamb dish for main though!

Maybe some vegetable pakoras and onion bhajis?

Google Slimming World Classic Chicken Curry. Forget it's SW, it's one of the best chicken curry recipes, tons of spices and flavoursome but not too hot

Have you got a slow cooker? Can pm you a lush rogan josh recipe.

Maybe do saag paneer as a side dish? So Dal, saag paneer, lamb something - rogan josh sounds great. Chapatis are pretty easy and quite fun to make, I make them with my toddler’s “help” sometimes as she loves mushing the dough.
