We've got beef, lamb and turkey for Christmas dinner today. Do you think it would be/taste weird to mix the lamb and beef meat juices to make a general meat gravy?

Lamb has quite a strong distinctive flavour so personally I wouldn’t - especially if you have people there who aren’t lamb fans but in theory you could

I think I'd mix beef and turkey and not use the lamb.
I mixed chicken and pork and it was lovely.

Leave out the lamb juices. It can be very strong and unpleasant. It would very much over power the flavour

Why on earth are you making three different roast meats?

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep the lamb and beef separate. @Kirsty - because I can. :)
