I bought some extra large raw prawns yesterday and I was going to serve them cold in a salad on Christmas Eve in the evening. Now I'm worrying that they will go off before then and they should be cooked today. Do you think they''ll be ok to keep raw in the fridge or should I cook them now ? Would you poach them (they are huge!)?
