Veggie casserole

I have a packet of vegetables for casseroles, some Quorn sausages and lots of potatoes. Can I do some kind of traybake or somehow make something that can be topped with mashed potatoes?

Any suggestions?

I’d make a mixed veg mash, cook the sausages and serve with bistro gravy (the red one is veggie) and peas.
