Sam Stern's Student cookbook (specific recipe)

I'm looking for anyone that has this book that could help please. We've had a copy for many years now, and it's well used. I wanted to the best beef chilli for entertaining at the weekend, however it's the page that's ripped out.
I did order a kindle version for under £3, however it's half the amount of recipes as the original, and doesn't have this recipe either, so I've returned for refund.
Can anyone help? It had all the topping / side suggestions and is just lovely so I'd really appreciate it!
