I think the last thread has gone somewhere so what are we having this week?
Tonight: “pizza” fries. So chips with spicy tomato sauce, jalapeños, sweetcorn and vegan cheese whacked under the grill. It’s not good for you.
Tomorrow: babysittting for a friend so probably just some toast or similar
Sunday: veggie sausage and bean casserole
Monday: pasta primavera
Tuesday: sweet potato and chilli quesadillas with hummous
Wednesday: chickpea and carrot tagine with cous cous
Thursday: probably something out of the freezer
Friday: day off the veganism as at a friends wedding so mushroom risotto and brownie

Hooray it's back! How are you finding the veganism? Our menu this week has been:

Monday: shepherds pie made from roast lamb leftover from Sunday (lentil version from freezer for veggies), carrots and broccoli

Tuesday: spinach and aubergine curry (some tikka chicken pieces for meat eaters)

Wednesday: lasagne (meaty/veggie as appropriate), salad

Thursday: hake braised in Cider, peas, saute potatoes (veggie was elsewhere!)

Friday: pizza (toppings as preferred!)

A lot easier than expected to be honest!
It’s a bit curry/rice heavy but generally pretty good!
