I would say absolutely fine. If it's been in fridge the whole time I would probably eat it tomorrow or even Wednesday no issues.
But crucially, use the evidence of your sight and smell - is it a normal colour, does it smell OK, any weird changes in texture (sometimes the fat from the beef will rise to the top and coagulate when fridged - this doesn't mean its off, just a bit ikk). If it looks and smells fine chances are it is fine regardless of how long its been in the fridge (and vice versa)! Make sure you reheat thoroughly to piping hot though.
