I want to know if my breakfast is healthy as I really enjoy it haha.

1 mug of Black Coffee, no sugar, or perhaps hot squash 0 sugar.

A small bowl of Natural Yoghurt, or natural set yoghurt with a teaspoon of Sour Cherry Jam.

100ml glass of Apple Juice

One wheetabix, with semi skimmed milk.

Not great sugar wise - sugar in apple juice, jam, Weetabix & milk

Weetabix doesn’t have an h

I’d say a better breakfast would be protein of some sort eg eggs

No, that's a lot of sugar and almost no fat or protein.

Do you want suggestions for alternatives?

Really it depends on what you eat for the rest of the day - as others have said fruit juice is quite sugary but if you don't have anything else sweet all day you'd still be well within sugar guidelines for the day.

Does your breakfast satisfy you and keep you feeling full and energetic through to lunch? If so then I wouldn't make changes just for the sake of it. If not, as others say then I replace the cereal for more protein, such as eggs, baked beans, smoked salmon or ham continental style or maybe sausage or bacon (although too much processed meat is bad so again if you regularly have sausages for your dinner maybe not).
