I've got a load of potatoes I need to use up and a recipe for Saag Aloo in the slow cooker that I've been meaning to try. If I make it and freeze it will it be fine reheated? It doesn't slow cook for the whole day so hopefully the potatoes won't fall apart!

Not sure how well it would reheat. Potatoes always taste odd to me. (Shepherds pie etc)
