best (ready made) curry paste?

Looking for recommendations of the sort of paste I should really make myself, which I'd use alongside spices/coconut milk/tomatoes etc. Ie not a jar of 'sauce'; it needs to be properly delicious! And to come in a small glass jar, as we're trying to cut down on plastic.

I like the Veeraswamy hot madras curry paste - that comes in a glass jar. I usually have to add a couple of split green chillies as well but we do like it quite spicy...
