Recipe notebook got ruined - looking for new options

My recipe notebook was destroyed by a leak. I managed to save the recipes by tearing out each page and drying it, thankfully I wrote mostly in biro so can just about make out the details - Christmas is saved!
So now I have a stack of individual pages that need to be transposed, but where to? Where do you keep your recipes? I have folders of recipes I’ve torn out of magazines so could type up my notebook and file the recipes, but is there another option? I could go for another notebook but the leak has got me worried that my treasures will not be safe!

a photo album with slip in plastic wallets. just slip each recipe in a wallet, and they will be safe as the plastic is waterproof :)

Thanks both. I loved my Nan’s tatty old recipe notebook but I guess it’s not practical.
The problem I have with plastic sleeves in a folder is that my husband takes them out to use and doesn’t put them back properly...Hmm

We have a ringbinder with plastic pockets but A5 size, might not be as attractive to pinch? By now we have 2 or 3 on the go so we can keep sweet recipes separate from savoury, and individual handwritten recipes look great in the plastic sleeves.

I have a Paperchase Recipe Journal. Wipe clean cover, six sections to write in with plastic wallets in each for recipe cut outs too. Absolute bargain at £10.

I shall investigate. I quite like the idea of an A5 ring binder, feels more notebooky I guess. Thanks all!

What about a recipe box? You can just slip the loose pages into the relevant sections.

A4 Lever Arch with polly pockets - not very pretty but practical.

A5 display folder with clear pockets from Ryman's. The pockets are fixed, so no borrowing is possible!

Oh, I love that recipe box! I might end up doing a mixture. Adding a new “day to day” folder to my existing folders of pages from magazines (I already have them divided into diet recipes, entertaining recipes etc), and then special recipes in a box.

The bloody leak has returned this weekend. Fortunately I hadn’t put my cookbooks back on the shelf yet as I’d been taking photos of them for my insurance claim. £100 of books ruined!

I am going to type up and save the special ones so I can’t lose them.
You’d think I actually follow recipes, but generally I peruse them for inspiration and then combine/tweak depending on what is in the cupboard...
