Roast dinners.

Onion bhajis (they are made from chick pea flour not wheat flour).

Chinese food, Thai food, Japanese food. Think Asian cuisine for little dairy, little wheat, lots of rice.

Irish and Scottish potato based meals.

Doves Farm gluten free pasta and flour is good.

Almost all Tesco sausages are gluten free these days.

Cruncy nut cornflakes, various muesli brands. Have all with almond or hazlenut milk substitute. Try different ones until you find the one you like.

Flapjacks homemade with appropriate ingredients also excellent quick breakfast snack.

Pepparami, crisps, popcorn, fruit are all good snacks.

Rabbits careful unless you get the free from cornflakes etc they probably aren't gluten free - most cornflakes have barley added..

Good point. Wheat's the problem with my lot, not gluten, so I don't worry about the gluten in oats or barley.

We love tacos, chillis, jacket potatoes and rice based dishes.
Lunches include baked beans, soups, egg based (omelette, scrambled egg etc)
We buy a lot of gf breakfast options (genius muffins, crumpets etc.

I keep a stock of gf pancake mixes and flours in and generally make most things equivalent when needed

We've found some nice stone baked pizza based - possibly bfree that were nice for home made pizzas.

Old El Paso do gf sets for fajitas and wraps which are much nicer than most other wraps.

If you want to bake have a look at Passover recipes. No flour is used during Passover. And the ones I've tried ate delicious!

Breakfast I have either omelletes, poached egg on gf toast, gf cereal with oat milk or oats in soya yoghurt (I'm fine with oats though)
Lunch is sandwich with gf warbutons thins, salad with meat, tuna or egg or a jacket potato.
Tea meat with potatoes and veg, bolognaise/chilli/curry with gf pasta/rice/jacket potato, gf pizza with vegan cheese, risotto etc.
