Is this a joint party with guests of both ages? It’s just quantity wise I’d give very different.
Ham or cheese wrap (or half for little ones.
Packet of Pom bears or similar
little sausage roll or cheese straw
Something chocolately or biscuity (I’m thinking mini packets of party rings or chocolate fingers.
Fruit skewer
If you want veg platters of carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks and bowl of cherry toms

No. It's as I stated. 3 7yos and 1 nearly 11yo. She's his big sister.

For seven year old boys, I'd do:
Half a round of sandwiches or 2 slices of pizza or a bacon roll.
A portion of cheese or a pouch of yogurt
A packet of popcorn or a cheese straw
A little pot of jelly or a pot of chocolate mousse.
A mini banana or a bunch of grapes
Fruit shoot or Caprisun or carton of juice.

I recently did party boxes for ds1s party in May. We had- packet of crisps, carton of apple juice, yoghurt, raisins, and mini roll.
I kept sandwiches separate as did choice of cheese and ham and let them choose.
