Curry sauces

Looking to do a quick chicken curry. I do make curries from scratch but just want to use a cook in sauce or similar. What are people’s favourites?

I prefer Thai chicken curries to Indian. Serve with chunks of lime.

Goldfish brand Chinese or Japanese style paste. Very easy to use. I also like Patak's pastes if I'm making Indian style curry.

Patak’s masala is really nice. The Sharwood ones are nice too.
