Pizza bases

How to get them round/flat/not holey?
Afraid I can't be doing with a baking powder recipe - I really need a yeast dough.
And what do you use for the tomato - passata?

I tend to just use a rolling pin to get them flat - and roll out on greaseproof or baking paper to stop them sticking

For the tomato sauce you can use passata but I sometimes use a jar of pasta sauce or you can buy sauces actually made for topping pizza - i know Tesco does one and there's a Napolina one too

As for yeast dough - lots of recipes online like on the BBC Good Food website

my friend made pizza last night using Gino's recipe (him from This morning, forget his surname) it used quick dried yeast and only had to be kneaded once and left for 25mins.she rolled it out. was lovely.
