Does anyone have a fail safe recipe for either?
I’ve tried a few over the past few weeks but they’ve not been great. Would love to nail it!

I use the best ever bbc recipe too, a bit wordy but amazing. Might need a bit longer in the oven though

Ha ha, I made brownies using that recipe then other week (they were awesome!) and I thought it went into so much detail, it made me a bit nervous about my own abilities! Agree they need a bit longer in the oven than it says as well.

But they were goooooooood.

Another vote for the best ever brownies. I've been asked to make them for people to buy, they're that good!

Use the darkest chocolate you can get and a bit less sugar.
