Not sure where the other thread went, and we know this is my favourite time of week...
Today: left over gnocchi bake
Tomorrow: left over paella (I swear it’s breeding)
Sunday: tomato chickpea bake.
Tuesday: spinach Dahl
Wednesday: Mac and cheese
Thursday: spicy quinoa salad
Friday: bubble and squeak with fried portobello
Your meal plans always sound lovely! What recipe do you use for the dahl?
So far I have:
Tofu with edamame
Cauliflower curry with JO flatbread
Probably jacket potato as have some pots that need using up
If the weather is as predicted, it may all end up being a week of salad instead.
The Dahl I very much make up, lots of onion, garlic and garam masala and then just chuck whatever else I fancy in, with varying levels of success 😂
Today - fake homemade KFC and chips
Tomorrow - burgers and kebabs on bbq
Sun - out watching football in pub
Mon - smoked haddock, boiled eggs, salad, new pots
Tue - chicken korma
Wed - pine nut pasta
Thu - omelettes, jacket spuds
Marking my place. We’re “on holiday home” (expats making the annual sojourn back to the U.K.) so mum is cooking and planning then FIL then I have a whole week in London when again other people are cooking or I’m out every day and night
But I love this thread ;)
Love seeing all the ideas! Mixed meat-eater/pescetarian household here:
Monday: Beef lasagne/Veggie Lasagne, with salad and garlic bread
Tuesday: Lemon and lime salmon fillets, with potato wedges and veggies
Wednesday: Lamb koftes/Falafels, with pittas and salad
Thursday: Spanakopita, pittas, hummus, crudites and salad
Saturday: BBQ, beef/veggie burgers, halloumi skewers, various salads
Sunday: at PILs for some kind of roast...
Realise that's quite a lot of salad in there!

Tonight - spanakopitta with homemade chips and salad
Thurs - baked sweet potato with cheese and homemade coleslaw
Fri - leftover spanakpitta and salad for me, fishcakes and wedges for OH
Sat - roast vegetable pesto puff pastry tart with salad
Sun - chicken breasts with some sort of marinade, with roast spuds and either veg or salad
Mon - pasta of some kind with leftover pesto, cherry tomatoes, olives and spinach
Tues - OH out, so probably beans on toast!
Today chicken and spinach curry with rice or pitta
Tomorrow roast pork, potatoes and salad
Friday out for pizza
Saturday- bacon rolls for brunch, jacket potatoes for dinner. Probably with cheese, salad and whatever out of the fridge.
Sunday - something with pasta and mince so either bolognaise or lasagna
Monday - frozen chicken pies, veg and mash.
Tuesday - quorn nuggets, chips and salad.

Sunday: wedges and salsa
Monday: out for a meal with a friend
Tuesday: falafel salad with pitta and hummous
Wednesday: mattar paneer
Thursday: chickpea tagine and cous cous
Friday: garlic mushroom and creamy spinach pasta
Anyone care to do this week's? Would love to see some hot - weather ideas as our food is feeling a bit heavy this week! Mine...
Monday: fish pie with green beans
Tuesday: Puff pastry 'tarts' with choice of veggie/meat toppings and salad
Wednesday: leftovers/freezer food night
Thursday: baked salmon fillets with persian style herby rice (if I can be bothered, wedges if not) and salad
Saturday: curries (veggie and meat) with rice/naan
Sunday: at PILs for a roast
Monday was creamy courgette and bacon penne
Tuesday was chicken burgers chips and salad
Tonight is steak for two, pizza for the other 2
Tomorrow is tagliata
Friday is fish of some sort as yet undecided will see what looks good
Saturday might make some posh snacks for footy - friends over and then out

Hi - never posted on a meal planning thread. Making a rubbish attempt. Lots of allergies and intolerances make this hard but we have favourites.
Thursday - use up puff pastry and broccoli in some way
Friday - Subway after swimming
Sat - out and maybe sandwiches if we need them
Sun - Asian veg and white fish
Monday - chicken burger and chips and salad
Tues - out
Weds - jacket potatoes and tuna and salad
Today was supposed to be Piri Piri rice but the evening went wrong so had a jacket with cheese.
Tomorrow- spicy pork burgers with wedges
Friday- pork, Greek salad and tsatziki
Saturday- Piri Piri rice
Sunday- chilli lime burritos
Trying to be prepared for the next four weeks (there's another week's menu but wouldn't let me upload)
Monday: chicken, mushroom and broccoli risotto
Tuesday: leftovers (half on Sunday’s corned beef hash and half of us on risotto)
Wednesday: wraps and coleslaw (using up anything in fridge to throw in wraps)
Thursday: one pot chorizo spaghetti
Friday: meat joint, rolls, salad and coleslaw
Saturday/Sunday: on holiday!
I'm v excited about what we've been eating/what's planned this week as I've just spent two weeks in hospital, (came home on Friday) and missed home cooking.
We had/are having:
Fri: Giant burgers.
Sat: Double cooked jackets with bacon and onion stuffing, salad and coleslaw on the side.
Sun: Roast chicken dinner.
Mon: Courgette and lemon pasta.
Tues: Congee using homemade stock from the roast chicken.
Weds: Korean meal out in Glasgow.
Thurs: Sweet potato and chorizo canneloni with salad.
Sunday: soyrizo, cabbage and potato hash
Monday: veggie lasagne
Tuesday: out to the pub
Wednesday: HFW stuffed squash
Thursday: roasted cauliflower, broccoli and sweet corn and tahini lemon sauce
Friday: hosting a dinner party and doing a range of stuff from Plenty

I’ve been trailing this thing where I eat vegan 6 days a week so it’s looked a bit like this
Sunday: portabello mushroom fajitas with spinach wraps
Monday: kale and spinach Dahl
Tuesday: falafel hummous spinach wraps
Wednesday: not vegan day- spinach and ricotta pasta bake
Thursday: white bean, courgette and cherry tomato bruschetta
Still trailing my 6 day a week vegan thing
Tonight: vegan puttanesca
Tomorrow: sweet potato Thai curry
Sunday: DP is attempting a roast veg stew
Monday: Mexican quinoa
Tuesday: harissa and chickpea salad
Wednesday: hallumi and veg tart
Thursday: bbq tofu
Bumping this as there’s some fab ideas and my plans are getting a bit samey.
Mon- one pan pork chops with peaches, basil and baby spinach
Tue - crab, fennel and chilli linguine
Wed - Thai-style steamed seabass (ginger, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, lime juice as a marinade) with stir fried pak choi and tenderstem broccoli
Thur- Greek salad, pitta, hummus and taramasalata
Fri - pizzas made with the frozen dough company pizza dough (lazy day!)
Sat - steak, sweet potato fries (from Iceland, they are incredible!) blue cheese sauce, salad
Sun - roast marrow stuffed with tomatoey lentils and a breadcrumbs on top for crunch.
Looks like we’ll be eating leftover for days after last nights dinner party!

Where are you brillohair? My kids go back this week too
Kiki it’s red onion, garlic, chilli fakes, then tomato puree, splash of balsamic, tinned tomato, capers and a bit of the brine, olives! That’s it
